New students of the Alliance Française de Cairns 

Cost of course per term (9 weeks/ 2 hours class): $275 per student
Cost of course per term (9 weeks / 1,5 hours class): $210 per student
Cost of textbook: $80/$85 - the textbooks will cover a number of levels
Cost of Alliance Française de Cairns Student membership: $35

Total cost for a new student: $325/$395

Conversation classes: 175$ (9 weeks / 1 hour class): 140$ classes + 35$ membership

Continuing students:
Cost of course per term (9 weeks course / 2 hours class): $275 per student
Cost of course per term (9 weeks / 1,5 hours class): $210 per student
Conversation class per term (9 weeks / 1 hour class): $140 per student

Terms and Conditions

If you are thinking of enrolling with us, please read the information below carefully

1. Membership of the Alliance Française is necessary to attend all classes & lessons and is currently $35 for students.
2. Students must enrol for an entire course.
3. Adult Courses are for students of 18 years and above unless otherwise indicated.
4. All fees must be paid at time of enrolment. Pro-rata payment is not available.
5. No refund or credit will be given to any student who withdraws less than 24 hours before the commencement of a course.
6. No refund, transfer or credit will be given should a student fail to attend every class or leave before the end of the term.
7. Alliance Française de Cairns reserves the right to cancel classes if a minimum of 6 enrolments is not reached.
8. If a class is cancelled by Alliance Française de Cairns , students will be fully refunded or offered a full credit for the following term.
9. Please note that credit notes are neither transferable, nor redeemable for cash and have a strict use by date.
10. New students who are not complete beginners need to have their level assessed prior to joining a class.
11. To ensure the best quality in teaching, the Alliance Française de Cairns reserves the right to redirect a student to another class level if the student’s level does not match the rest of the class.

Depending on the rules in place regarding the COVID-19, classes might switch from face to face delivery to online delivery, students may be required to follow latest regulations/recommendations in place in QLD.
