Sponsorship and Donation Policy

Alliance Française de Cairns is committed to support associations and organisations promoting French language and culture in Far North Queensland.

The donation & sponsorship budget is established annually in the Alliance Française de Cairns budget. Donations can be made in time or financial support.

A written request must be submitted to Alliance Française de Cairns, explaining the request and detailing how the money would be spent and in which way it would contribute to promote Alliance Française de Cairns.

School requesting donations must have at least one Alliance Française de Cairns current membership and requests need to be submitted by the end of term 1.

Funding areas:

• Arts, sports, cultural associations relating to France or French speaking communities

• Associations needing funding to assist French speaking travellers in Australia

• Cairns region educational institutions offering French as a subject

• Support to Cairns multi-cultural association
  

• Support for a French community that has been affected by a disaster (earthquake, cyclone, etc.…)
